Tenant Experiences:
Theakston Properties are a totally unscrupulous management company! They NEVER give people their security deposits back. I left the apartment in perfect condition and they invented broken doors, cleaning bills etc. I WISH I had taken pictures! Since this happened I have heard of lots of people with similar claims.
